Kate joined Belltown in 2025 to support the company’s wind energy development initiatives across the U.S. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Kate brings 8+ years of experience developing large-scale energy projects. Before joining Belltown, she played a key role in the development of New Jersey’s first offshore wind farm – a landmark 1.5 GW infrastructure project with a 13-mile onshore transmission route. Her leadership spanned local and state permitting, land control, and stakeholder engagement, reflecting her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and mitigate non-technical risks. She is based in the Philadelphia area.
