Dylan joined Belltown in 2026 as a Transaction Associate, where he supports transaction evaluation and execution, as well as strategic initiatives across the company’s development portfolio. Prior to Belltown, Dylan was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Kroll, where he led financial due diligence on middle-market buy- and sell-side transactions for financial sponsors and strategic acquirers across multiple sectors.

Dylan holds an M.S. in Global Finance from Fordham University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Wagner College.
