Ava joined Belltown in 2023 as Finance Coordinator, with the primary responsibility of providing comprehensive support for the accounting and human resources functions of the organization. She brings over five years of hands-on accounting experience from across the construction, oil and gas, and real estate industries, and has led successful efforts to accelerate accounting close timelines, build and automate routine processes, compose and implement policies and procedures, and increase internal control. Ava graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston Downtown, and holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Finance, with a minor in economics.
