Asset Manager

Location: Bristol, UK

Key accountabilities:

Responsible for the management of a portfolio of solar assets (plus exposure to wind, hydro and battery assets)


  •  Site H&S management
  • Contract administration e.g., O&M, PPA, insurance etc. (contractor relationship, claims, warranty, renewals)
  • Stakeholder management e.g., landowner(s), grid network etc.
  • Managing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
  • Performance monitoring and monthly reporting (management and board level)
  • Site visits and inspections
  • Managing the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of operational issues
  • Support the development of analytical tools

  • Self-motivated and committed to achieving results
  • Able to maintain a high volume of work, prioritises workload, and remains professional under pressure
  • PV or Electrical background (preferable)
  • Confident, clear and accurate with all communication
  • Maintains accurate records and makes effective use of new technology
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment. Shares knowledge, skills and experience with colleagues and oversees others’ work in their activities
  • Displays good investigative skills and the ability to understand the implications of findings for the Portfolio Manager and investor
  • Flexible in their approach to work, adapting to changing demands and conditions.  Presents a positive image and approach to change, striving for continual improvements


Qualifications / Experience required:

  • Degree or equivalent in relevant technical subject
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of administering operation & maintenance contracts
  • Strong understanding of UK H&S regulations and guidelines
  • Ideally 2+yrs of operation monitoring and asset/investor management, renewables experience preferred

Solar Development Manager 

Location: West PJM Region, US


Belltown Power is growing its US renewable energy development team and is recruiting for a talented and energetic individual to lead our solar energy development activities in western PJM. The candidate will have overall responsibility for the full suite of development activities for Belltown Power’s solar projects. The role will include overseeing new site selection, obtaining site control, navigating the interconnection process and securing interconnection agreements, and initiating and acquiring all project permits. The Regional Development Manager will also support origination efforts, engineering and procurement, and project finance.
