Portfolio Manager

Location: Bristol

 

Key accountabilities:

Responsible for the management of an investor’s portfolio assets:

  • Lead a small team of asset managers and a financial manager
  • Plan, prioritise and coordinate asset management tasks
  • Manage investor relations
  • Lead reporting and investor communication
  • Lead contract administration (claims, warranty, tendering)
  • Lead asset optimisation initiatives
  • Manage the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of operational issues
  • Assess portfolio performance trends
  • Support the development of analytical tools
  • Conduct site visits and inspections

Qualifications / Experience required:

  • Degree or equivalent, ideally in a relevant technical subject.
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of administering contracts.
  • Ideally +5yrs of renewable energy asset management, construction or technical consultancy experience.
  • Appreciation of UK H&S regulations and guidelines.

Technical Lead – Asset Management Team

Location: Bristol

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Leading the resolution of specific technical and contractual issues on sites as they arise, gaining agreement for solutions from investors as required and driving the solutions to a conclusion
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing technical and contractual optimisation opportunities across the Belltown portfolio
  • Working closely with the specific Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers responsible for the day-to-day management of these sites
  • Providing technical and contractual expertise and support to the Head of Asset Management and the rest of the Asset Management team
  • Supporting the Head of Asset Management and the rest of the Asset Management team in communicating technical and contractual matters to investors
  • Attend and contribute to industry workgroups and forums in order to develop knowledge of best practice to incorporate into portfolio improvements
  • Contributing to investor reporting as required
  • Conducting site visits and inspections as required

Qualifications / Experience required

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical subject
