Asset Manager 

We are looking for two experienced Asset Managers to join our Bristol Team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of operation monitoring and asset management, PV/renewable preferred.
  • Degree or equivalent in relevant technical subject.
  • Excellent problem solving and organisation skills.
  • Experience of administering operational contracts.
  • Strong understanding of UK H&S regulations and guidelines.


Responsibilities include:

  • Site H&S management.
  • Contract administration (claims, warranty, renewals)
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Managing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
  • Performance monitoring and Monthly reporting (management and board level)
  • Site visits and inspections.
  • Managing the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of operational issues.
  • Support the development of analytical tools.

Systems Developer

Location: Central Bristol

About the Role:

Working as part of the Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in taking our IT capabilities to a new level. We’ve some big new renewables projects on our horizon so while keeping our current systems secure and performing well, they need evolving with your initiative to integrate whatever infrastructure is needed to get the data flowing from the new generation sites.

Working to ensure reliable systems and tools are implemented, from data gathering, storage and post processing will be essential to the effective and efficient management of our portfolio of renewable power plants. Our warehouse of operating data is growing fast and we need new and innovative ways to automate and analyse this valuable resource – we’ll ask you to lead this development.

Skills & Requirements


  • Strong MySQL / MSSQL query skills.
  • Familiarity with MySQL / MSSQL database administration
  • Good working knowledge of
  • Excellent communication – able to relay ideas and present solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and able to work independently / minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative troubleshooting of all aspect of IT systems.
  • Good Excel data analysis / VB Script.


  • Python scripting.
  • API system integration.
  • MS Server 2012 administration (with external support).
  • PHP coding and Apache server administration.
  • Renewable energy generation / SCADA systems.
  • Telecoms connections.
  •  Understanding of electrical power generation.
