Asset Manager 

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join our fun and dynamic Bristol office.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Site H&S management.
  • Contract administration (claims, warranty, renewals)
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Managing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events
  • Performance monitoring and Monthly reporting (management and board level)
  • Site visits and inspections.
  • Managing the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of operational issues.
  • Support the development of analytical tools.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree or equivalent in relevant technical subject.
  • Excellent problem solving and organisation skills.
  • Experience of administering operational contracts.
  • Strong understanding of UK H&S regulations and guidelines.
  • Experience in this area is not essential as training will be provided

Asset Management Internship – 3 months with the opportunity to extend

Location: Central Bristol

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the asset management team with operational and admin tasks.
  • Monitoring the performance of assets.
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve operational issues.
  • Assist with periodic reporting and general support to the operations team.

 

Skills required:

  • Strong numerical and analytical competency.
  • Confident, clear and accurate with all communication.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Degree or equivalent in relevant technical subject.
